Over the 40 plus years I have been working with people, I have learned that living an extraordinary life is possible for anyone who has the courage to claim it and commit to it.

I am a seasoned spiritual explorer, studying and practicing spiritual success principles in my own life, and have, for many years, coached and mentored others in realizing their dreams of success in their lives, their health, relationships, careers and businesses. It is a privilege I hold dear to my heart.

Me, unplugged...
I live on the front range of the Rocky Mountains in beautiful Aurora, Colorado with my Brussels Griffon pup, Phoebe Joy.
I am an intensely proud mama to my four adult children and a joyful ‘nana’ to my nine amazing grandchildren.
Those who know me well, know that helping others through coaching and teaching is my deep passion and far from what I consider work.
There is a time and place for texts and emails, I still love an old-fashioned phone call where I can steep myself into conversation with friends and family. I treasure those conversations and it is one of my favorite things to do.
I just love the feel of yarn in my hands taking twisted threads and turning them into a scarf or shawl or baby blanket. A wonderful woman taught me to crochet when I was in my teens and I’ve been crocheting ever since. I just love the craft. I always wanted to knit but found it difficult to learn. I’m left-handed and I had trouble translating the instructions. Some years ago, my daughter - who is also left-handed - taught me to knit. It is so much fun! My skills are at the beginner level but that matters not at all. These crafts give me an excuse to browse in yarn shops where I can lose myself while getting inspiration for new gifts to make.
Home fashions are a passion! I love textiles, rugs, furniture, accessories, almost anything that brings a living space to life! I take myself "spiritual shopping" all the time to get the feel of beauty around me and ideas for my own home. My children will testify I have rarely seen a rug that I couldn't find a place for in my home.
Discovering a new book to read or sitting down to write are sheer delight for me. Typically, I’m reading several books at the same time and I keep multiple journals. In more recent years I’ve discovered the joy of audible books. What pleasure it is to have someone reading me a story!
For 12 years I sang in a competitive women’s barbershop chorus. Some of the best times of my life were spent singing with my Skyline Sisters. I still love to sing, although now my singing is relegated more to the shower, car, or kitchen. I take great joy in supporting my chorus, taking in live theater, as often as I can, and going to movies.
I've not done a lot of traveling , and when the opportunity was presented I am so happy and grateful that I said Yes! That Yes gave me one of my biggest and most exciting adventures of my life. It was a trip to Australia and New Zealand a few years ago. We spent a month ‘down under’ and it was a trip of a lifetime!
I’m planning my next adventure to Ireland. That’s an ancestry bucket list trip for me as my grandfather was born there and I’ve always wanted to explore the Emerald Isle.
